What is your return policy?

All sales are final

Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, all socks sold on this website are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Worn or opened items

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy on worn or opened merchandise. Any socks removed from original packaging, tried on, or washed are ineligible for a return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

The only exceptions — covered by law

In compliance with California consumer protection laws, we will only accept a return or issue a remedy in these two cases:

1. Defective or damaged — the item arrived damaged or defective prior to shipping.
2. Incorrect item — you received the wrong item due to our fulfillment error.

How to report a defective item

• Include your order number and clear photos of the defect before the items are worn or washed.

How accurate is the sizing?

What are our socks made of?

All Cape Cotton socks are made of 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is softer, stronger, and smoother than recycled cotton — the short, rough fibers are combed out so what's left is pure, clean thread that feels great against your skin and holds up wash after wash. No blends, no shortcuts. Just quality cotton, voyage after voyage.

Are Cape Cotton socks made in the USA?

Yes. Every pair of Cape Cotton socks is made in the United States of America. We are committed to American-made manufacturing and will never compromise on that.

What material are Cape Cotton socks made from?

Cape Cotton socks are made from 100% combed cotton — no polyester, no nylon, no synthetic blends of any kind. Combed cotton is softer and stronger than regular cotton because the short fibers are removed during production, leaving a cleaner, smoother yarn. Machine wash cold.

Does Cape Cotton accept Bitcoin?

Yes! Cape Cotton Does accept bitcoin! We accept Bitcoin as payment through our own self-hosted BTCPay Server — no middlemen, no third-party processors. We're a Bitcoin-friendly brand and proud members of the Bitcoin community! We are LIVE with our BTC pay server!

How do I pay with Bitcoin?

1. Add all of your desired items to your cart and proceed to Checkout.

2. In the Payment section, click the dropdown menu to view additional payment options.

3. Select "Pay another way."

4. Scroll down and choose "Pay with Bitcoin (BTCPay Server)."

5. Enter your shipping information.

6. Click "Complete Order."

7. A QR code and Bitcoin payment address will appear. Scan the QR code with your Bitcoin wallet or copy and paste the wallet address.

8. Send the requested amount of Bitcoin (BTC), and once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed!

Note: Be sure to send the exact amount shown at checkout before the payment timer expires to avoid any issues with your order.

Are Cape Cotton socks limited edition?

Yes. Cape Cotton releases socks in limited edition drops. Once a design sells out, it may not return. The current collection is The Papi Collection. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know about new drops.
